Black Friday
« on: November 22, 2009, 01:47:01 PM »
Is it just me or does black Friday not seem that appealing anymore? Maybe its because I dont want anything right now, or maybe its the ability to already get pretty decent deals thanks to the internets.

Incase you didnt know,  black friday is the common term that is used to describe the day after thanksgiving that most large companies have sales after midnight. During this time products are usually sold at drastic reduction in prices. This is a good way to clear inventory on items they no longer wish to have in stock. You will often find deals from 60-90% off retail.

The problem with this sale now is that most companies now have a warehouse where they sell to you directly. Prices are already low enough to not have to get out of bed and wait in a line until a store opens at midnight.

Any of you going to participate in Black Friday? In case you just found out about this and want to see whats for sale, check out http://www.gophn.com/deals-black-friday-2009/
